No, you do not need to create an account to place an order – you can do so as a guest. However, you will not be able to track your order.

Enter your name, number and email address in the Sign-Up box on the home screen, and set a password that you will remember. Click ‘Create an Account’, and wait for our confirmation mail.
You can also sign up using your Facebook or Google login credentials.

A shipping fee is levied in order to cover the delivery cost and serve as insurance for high value items.

Unfortunately, the option to choose a specific date and time for delivery is currently not available.
While we do not charge a shipping fee for orders above USD 200, orders below USD 200 are subject to a small fee. This amount will be added at checkout, before you proceed to the payment page.
Yes, you do. All prices indicated on IndiLuxe are exclusive of customs duties and taxes. These will have to be paid to our logistics partner at the time of delivery. Please note that custom duties & taxes payable are subject to the policies of the destination country.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner’s website. Please use this number to track your order. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order under the My Orders tab in the My Account section.

Many items we list are made-to-order. In a rare case, if a designer is unable to make the item due to an unforeseen circumstance, your order will be cancelled. In such a case, you will be offered an alternate option/ credit note / full refund.
We package all our orders in premium quality Tata CLiQ Luxury black boxes. However, this may vary for certain fragile items in categories like Beauty, Home etc. This is done to protect the delicate goods from damage during transportation and handling.

Yes, however an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed. Once an order is processed, a cancellation request will not be accepted.

Yes, you will get a complete refund for a cancelled order. However, coupon values are not refundable, and a new coupon will be issued in lieu of the one used (this is only applicable for value bearing coupons and not for price-offs & promotional coupons).
It will take between 7-10 business days after order cancellation for your refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred to the source account.

We do not offer returns/exchange for international orders. In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item is delivered or received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Damage caused to a product during transit is covered by insurance, and it will be replaced. However, a customer is required to report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package, and provide photographs of the damaged item. This is an electronic voucher only valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Additionally, a voucher once created can not be cancelled. Cliq Cash is currently only available on the Android and IoS app. Cliq Cash can be redeemed on all products except buying an eGV.
For international transactions, we accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa & American Express. Payments can also be made via PayPal.
Currently, we do not offer the COD option for international orders. All orders are prepaid.
